OneAI operates on a prepaid credit model. You purchase credits upfront, which are consumed as you use our API. Credits are non-expiring.
You may request a full refund of unused credits within 7 days of purchase, provided your account has consumed less than 10% of the purchased credits.
Email support@oneai.io with your account email and order reference. Refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.
Bonus credits are non-refundable. Accounts found in violation of our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds.
