When you create an account, we collect your email address and name. When you use our API, we log request metadata (model used, token count, timestamp) for billing purposes. We do NOT log or store your prompt content or model responses.
All payments are processed by Airwallex. We do not store your credit card details. Airwallex handles all payment data in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.
Your email is used for account management and service notifications. API usage data is used solely for billing and rate limiting.
Account data is retained while your account is active. API request logs are retained for 90 days for billing audits. You may request deletion at any time.
